Because growth is possible—even in hard seasons.
Meaningful growth can happen even in the most challenging seasons of life. Just as growth takes time, care, and the right support, so do children and families. We’re here to walk alongside you with compassion, helping your family heal, connect, and thrive—one step at a time.
Our approach
We understand how vulnerable it can feel to seek support for yourself, your child, or your family. Using relational, attachment-focused, and evidence-based approaches, we support children, caregivers, and adults in building deeper connection, emotional understanding, resilience, and lasting growth.

A family-friendly space
Child and family appointments will take place in our office, located in Old Irving Park. This space is designed to meet the needs of family members across the lifespan. With the use of floor to ceiling curtains, our therapy rooms are easily converted from well-equipped child-centered play rooms to minimal-distraction parent-child therapy rooms. Our waiting room has comfortable seating, books and toys for children at different developmental stages, and complimentary coffee and tea. Our office additionally meets ADA requirements.
In-Person Sessions for Children and Families
All child therapy and family sessions take place in our office located in Old Irving Park. However, parent sessions—such as check-ins or consultations—can be offered virtually to provide added flexibility and convenience.
Virtual Therapy for Teens and Adults
Individual therapy for teens and adults is available via telehealth, providing flexible, accessible support from your own space. Parent check-in sessions related to child and family therapy are also available virtually.
